The name of the company as it should appear on the title of the wiki page (e.g. Food for you PLC). Company names containing the symbol "&" (for example, A.G.Parfett & Sons Ltd) should be stored with "and" instead of the ampersand symbol. This is because the symbol "&" is used by the wiki for special purposes. More



A short description, just two or three words to describe the major areas of activity of the company (e.g. Food retailer). More



A fuller description which will be displayed in the main body of the page including some details of the company's employee ownership structure where possible. More



The trade sector classification code appropriate to the company. Please see the definitions for a full listing.

The percentage of issued ordinary share capital held directly by, or indirectly on behalf of, employees other than main board directors. More



The company registration number. More



The financial year end for which accounts have last been filed at Companies House. More



The last published annual revenue in GBP millions to the nearest 0.1 million (e.g. enter 5.1 for GBP 5.1m) More



The number of full-time equivalent employees corresponding to the year of the last revenue figure. More



(e.g. www.foodforyouplc.co.uk) More



The name of the parent entity if, for example it makes more sense to add the company details under a better-known trading name or subsidiary. More



Details of any companies linked in the same legal structure which may be of interest. More
